Not to mention the Treasury missing out on several ?m a year in income from fines. This bike is a highly efficient revenue generating machine. If they wanted to prevent accidents while retaining public support they'd drive it around the country roads to increase awareness which will make drivers slow down. It could also double as a patrol vehicle to help catch the real criminals who mug and murder people.
